9. Loss of Personal Belongings
Travocheap.in and DMC Travocheap Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings, including but not limited to bags, wallets, money, passports, cameras, jewelry, or other valuables.
If a driver is required to assist in locating lost items, additional service charges will apply.
10. Payment Policy
- The full and final payment must be completed before the date of travel.
- 100% of the total amount must be paid at least 10 days prior to travel.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in booking cancellation without refund.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 10 days of travel, regardless of the reason.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions, personal reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Non-refundable bookings are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If a customer discontinues the trip midway for any reason, no refund will be applicable.
12. Cab & Transfer Policy
- The cab (whether on SIC or private basis) will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes only.
- If the customer fails to arrive within this time, the transfer or activity will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
- Extra charges will apply if the customer wishes to continue or rebook after a no-show.
13. Hotel Policy
- Once a specific hotel (3★ / 4★ property) has been confirmed as per the quotation, the property cannot be changed at the time of travel.
- In case the customer requests a hotel change after confirmation, any price difference must be borne by the customer.
14. Additional Activities & Services
- Any extra activities or services added during the tour must be paid for before the start of the activity.
- The company will not bear the cost of any services not included in the original package.
15. Outstanding Dues
- Any pending payments after completion of travel must be cleared within 14 days (2 weeks).
- Failure to settle dues within this period may result in legal action.
16. Taxes
Any tourism tax, local tax, or government-imposed levy applicable during travel will be borne solely by the customer.
17. Passport Validity
- As per the Six-Month Passport Validity Rule, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months (or 12 months for social visas) from the date of arrival.
- Passports with validity of less than the required period may result in denied boarding, for which the company shall not be responsible.
- No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Please ensure at least one blank page is available in the passport for visa or immigration stamps.
18. Flight Tickets
- Customers must carefully verify all details (name, date, route, etc.) on their flight tickets.
- Any corrections must be requested at least 10 days before travel.
- The company will not be responsible for denied boarding or errors due to incorrect passenger information provided by the customer.
19. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a flight, activity, or hotel check-in will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
20. Visa Policy
Visa issuance is not governed by DMC Travocheap Travels Pvt. Ltd.
In case of visa rejection or delay for any reason whatsoever, the company shall not be responsible, and no refund of services will be provided.
